"All rooms have a sea view, interrupted only by palm trees. My delux room was huge with a massive bathroom. I loved that you can see the ocean from the shower or bathtub. Spa treatments were lovely. Staff all friendly and hard working. The road outside did not feel very safe after dark. There is a pavement but it is blocked in places by shrubs or parked vans so I had all my meals in the hotel. "

"Booked a non refundable room and due to the gulf conflict our flight was cancelled prior to travelling 4hrs to the hotel. The hotel refused to refund as a gesture of goodwill. When you are desperate you would think there is still kindness in the world. Very disappointed. "

"Unfortunately, this property is not a resort but more of a lodge. It did not meet our expectations, and we were quite disappointed with the overall condition of the property. The rooms are in need of renovation, and I would not recommend staying here, especially if you’re traveling with children. We only stayed for one night and left early in the morning. From the reception desk, we had arranged an airport drop-off between 5:20 a.m. and 5:30 a.m, and were assured the car would be ready at the requested time. However, no one showed up. There was no one at reception, and we had to search the entire building to find someone, as the staff member was staying in another building. We were short on time and worried about missing our flight. Although transportation was eventually arranged, by then we were extremely disappointed with the lack of organization and punctuality. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations."

"The perfect landing spot in Negombo, close to the airport to rest after a long journey. The family room was super spacious and comfortable, the pool was fantastic, and the owner and staff super welcoming and accommodating, including booking us into a memorable lagoon tour that evening. The only piece of feedback is to more clearly indicate the Villa Name at airport pickup, as we had some slight challenges in finding our driver and had not yet sorted out our phone connections. But ultimately we found each other and arrived safely at the property. "
