"Excellent house-keeping team. They are Very caring and hard working. Communication with WhatsApp is helpful. Tea bags, coffee and water are provided very day. Room is spacious. There are stoves, oven and some plates. However there is no microwave, blender, dishwasher or some extra pot or pans. There was some kind of unpleasant smell in the washer area. "

Security guard ask us to find the so called "Agent" somewhere in the building nearby there but did not give proper address or directions. "Lovely hotel in a good location. Staff are all helpful and friendly. Facilities are excellent. Nice gym and swimming pool. And I got a suite which was helpful as it had a washing machine and I was on a long business trip so managed to get all my clothes washed. "
