「Terrible. I arrived at the hotel after a 12-hour trip and they simply informed me that they didn't have a room for me, even though I had made a reservation months in advance. They sent me to another hotel, 20 minutes away, full of elderly people, far from the beach. Totally different from what I had planned.」

「Séjour très agréable. L'appartement était dans un état de propreté impeccable, la déco un peu vieillissante mais le cadre de l'hôtel fait vite oublier ce petit détail. Personnel discret, disponible et très sympathique. Adresse que nous retenons et si nous revenons a Majorque nous y reprendrons un appartement.
