"Hotel was lovely. Everywhere was very clean. The pool area well maintained and looked after. Staff were all friendly. We stayed over the world cup and we enjoyed watching the games in the new sports bar on the very big screens. 5 minute walk from dallas train and tram station."

"Manager likes to put hands on kids he tried to steal property that wasn't his lies and said he gave a last minute check and never did they have kids working with housekeeping staff rooms are molded and have roaches bed bugs was in the bed along with needles they don't offer anything to clean but ..."
