Worst hotel experience ever had in my life. Most disrespectful receptionist I had in my life. I file a Complaint, but no feedbacks at all. The the room standard was not the same as what was initially booked on Expedia. There was no prior communication or notification about this change. Given the late hour and the difficulty in finding alternative accommodations, I reluctantly took the situation. However, this discrepancy reflects a lack of attention to detail and a failure to provide the expected level of service. The combination of the receptionist ( middle age man) 's aggressive and rude behavior, the excessively long check-in process, the lack of proper communication, and the room discrepancy has left me feeling not only disappointed but also concerned about the professionalism and quality of service at your hotel. As a paying guest, I believe that I deserved to be treated with respect and courtesy throughout my entire stay. However, the receptionist's demeanor left me feeling disrespected and devalued as a customer. I kindly request that you take this matter seriously and address the behavior of your staff promptly. It is crucial to uphold high standards of customer service and ensure that all guests are treated with professionalism and courtesy. I also seek a refund for the booking, as this experience fell far short of the expected standards of hospitality.

I was so disappointed with this property. The beds are horrible in #130, also the bathtub was stopped up and you stood in your dirty water while showering, bath towels and bath cloths were rationed to you unless you ask for more, no sign “Do not Disturb” for doors. Also, down our hall the carpet is taped with duck tape in areas. Not a place, I will visit again. I wasn’t expecting 1st class but I certainly was expecting more with a bed and bathing.

Front desk at check in was great and helpful. Room was clean and spacious but the bedding is a different story. The bedding was horrible, the mattress was firm and for back sleepers so as a side sleeper it was painful. The sheets were rough as if they were made out of wood. The most annoying part is the fact that every single hotel I stayed in the past 2 months would all for a courtesy 1PM late checkout except this one and they insisted I leave between 11-12 noon. So I guess I am going with a different hotel next time.

Upon arrival the customer service was awful. The room was dirty. The sheets were worn and stained. The carpet was noticeably dirty. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The blow dryer did not work and a new one was not provided. Towels were changed out but the beds were not made nor was the room cleaned during our stay. We travel a lot and it was the worst experience by far. Do not recommend!

I was not impressed with property, one of the bed had stain on sheets, one of the chairs had stain in it and I was put up on the top floor when I had asked for accessibility meaning on a lower floor due to my limitations. The person at the front desk was not available to customers and language was difficult to understand at times. Did not feel fully accommodated. Also, I was told at time of check in that they were adding a $50 deposit to my bill until I check out. I was not aware of that. Thanks for allowing me to share.

It was fine. The room had zero hotel info in the rooms that you normally see with policies or amenities on-property. No cups for drinking of any sort in the room. Vending machines were “down for reprogramming” on all floors. Cans of soda were $1 posted on the vending machines and front desk sold them for $2. The room had no “do not disturb” tags to put on the door and only right before I checked out did I notice a little label on the door to turn a lever for “do not disturb” but it did not say which way was “do not disturb” and which way was not and there was no indication on either side of the door to tell you. As a result, I did not receive turndown service during my stay. My key stopped working two different times, and both times, the front desk people didn’t ask for ID or any sort of confirming info to make sure I wasn’t trying to get a key to a room that wasn’t mine. In both cases, the two front desk people in question were not the ones that checked me in the day prior. For the cost, it was fine, but would not stay here again.

The property and the rooms are rundown, carpets are stained and sticky, gym equipment is broken or doesn’t work properly. Pool is chipping and green. Furniture in the rooms are scuffed torn and broken. Shampoos and toilet paper were all 1/2 used and the mattresses were not comfortable.

Good: breakfast server was great, generally clean, rooms decent. Bad: Indoor pool was not well kept, looked dirty and no circulation.

You can tell that the room had been cleaned. There was white stuff on the skirt of bed. The sheets were stained, a/c wasnt working properly. Carpet very stained. Wont be staying there again. I read many revies that yall charge peoples cards more then once for rooms.

Hotel key stopped working. Hot tub was not working. Bathtub was making noises but all in all...a good place to stay for the money.
