When booking I had two options, daily housekeeping or not, I chose daily. Nothing the first day, I had to go to the front desk and request towels. The second day no housekeeping, I had to go to the desk and request towels and cleaning. The overall staff appeared to be at a low level, I learned that they were just getting geared up for the season. If you're considered a four star hotel and your open, gear up on your own time, NOT mine! I received the final bill in my email, reviewed upon arriving home, each night I was charged a Resort Service Fee of $25.00 per night, three, for what? It was not disclosed prior to booking, after booking or upon checking in. Valet, $25.00 per night, they had half the lot coned off as valet parking only, leaving no choice when arriving back in the evening. We attended a wedding at the adjacent golf course, that was very nice and the food was excellent, with I could have said the same about the accommodations, very disappointed, won't be staying at a Westin again!
