Room was fine, but the fitted sheet was very dirty. We had to go down ourselves twice to get the correct replacement set and change the sheets ourselves. AND…they are still trying to double charge me for one of our two rooms. The staff actually asked me to call Expedia to help him figure things out. I did. They still said they might charge me again. Avoid!!!

Max was a great hoster, and the quality of the rooms and service was excelent. Also, rooms are very clean, not that quiet because the airport, but it is not a big problem. The 24hr shuttle service was very efficient, as soon as I got out from the airport doors, the shuttle was there. They are always on scheduled trips, so expect a waiting time, and sometimes they get full and you have to wait for the other shuttle.

The smoke detector flashed all night. And it was BRIGHT. We came in very late from a flight and were leaving very early the next morning. We had 2 hours of sleep. But the room was clean.

Although the hotel was very clean and the kitchen was very nice, the bed was hard as a rock. We stayed 2 nights but considered forfeiting our payment and leaving before the 2nd night but we had an 8 hour drive. It really didnt matter though because we had very little sleep because of the bed. I ended up sleeping better in the chair. Very disappointed.

Very close to the airport in a quiet location. The room was clean and spacious enough for a family of 4 with two children. The mini kitchen was convenient and has everything you need to cook and clean up. The biggest negative was that we stayed for 4 nights/5 days and not once did housekeeping visit our room. After two nights I found it strange that our towels and garbage bags weren't changed. By the time night 4 came I was ready to go home and just write a review. The hotel was often quiet and empty with no staff around in the main lobby or in the hallways. If I was visiting Dallas again I would consider this hotel but definitely make a formal request for my room to be cleaned.

There was a beep in the hallway every 2 to 3 minutes that made it impossible to sleep. Unclear airport shuttle instructions from the front desk and not overly friendly in communicating them. The room I was sent to had wet towels on the floor and a full trash can. They assigned me a new room that was fine. Also the number I called to get a shuttle told me the shuttle was no longer running for the day. I paid $45 for a taxi to get to the hotel. Then I found out the shuttle runs 24 hours a day. The day before my trip I called to ask about finding a place for getting dinner and was told there was a restaurant next door. When I got here, I found out I needed to walk a quarter mile to another hotel that had a restaurant. The lady at the front desk was very nice so it wasn’t her fault. I think the phone number given to guests should be the real front desk of the hotel and not some answering service that doesn’t know anything about the hotel.

The suit was perfect, and there shuttle to the airport, however, the shuttle did not come to take us to the airport in the early morning, and we almost missed our flight, and the staff couldn't do anything. Since it is one of your offers that makes people booked, staff should call Van Uber, it can't cost you up to $100 for your customer to be satisfied. Also, add a little more to your coffee.

The hotel is decent and the staff are friendly. But my room had dark hairs on the office desk and the carpet was wet underfoot, as though it had just been cleaned. It’s great that they clean the carpets - and overall the cleanliness was decent - but they should have let it thoroughly dry before booking the room.
