"Perfect location, staff is always nice, valet is the best."

"Wanted to check in early so I called a month in advance and was told to call back the day before the booking, I called the day before the booking and was put onto hold for 20 minutes and then somebody hanged on me twice in a row, decided to call IHG to figure out what is happening and the hotel hanged up on them, got to the hotel super early and saw people check in early then coming back to say the room was dirty and wasn’t cleaned, I also saw one of the receptionist put people calling on hold just to talk to his co workers and friends, the elevator is loud so if your room is next to the elevator good luck sleeping, last thing during near midnight they just let some random guy sleep on the couches in the lobby and food split all over the floor while staff did nothing"

"The hotel is good. Very outdated needs work done. Our facet in the shower was hanging on by a thread. Moldy tubs, and no shower fan. There was only one area of elevators for the whole hotel. Which was a pain. The kids water park was cool. I didn’t get in the hot tub or hot springs because they were really small and so many people were crammed in there. The line to check in took forever and so many people were getting annoyed took almost 45 minutes just to get checked in. They have kiosk but half of us couldn’t check in on there. I’m not sure if I’ll ever stay there again but my niece enjoyed it and that’s what matters. "

"Non-existent room service menu. Had to find it on google. Valet took 45 min to bring our car. Sunday morning checkout should be staffed appropriately. "

"Staff was kind and helpful. Building was in bad shape and felt like a real low budget location. Elevator was a mess with tagging and my shower drain was clogged. This was NOT a good experience, but I do admit that the staff was very kind and helpful. "
