十分満足できます。

3泊滞在しましたが、総じて快適に過ごせました。 ウォシュレット便座があるので日本人には有難いです。シャワー圧も十分です。ウェルカムフルーツも有り、エアコンも正常動作します。フロントの方も愛想良く笑顔で対応してくれました。 ただし、近隣の銀帆や東方ホテルに比べると内装が古く感じられるので、今後の改善に期待します。

朝食の種類は多いし、シャワーの水圧も充分(7階)。ただ、バスルームの照明と換気扇が、スイッチが分かれているのに実際は照明のスイッチに合わさっているので、換気扇だけ使う事が出来れば尚良しです。

総合的に満足できるホテルだと思います。フロントは日本語を話せる人は少ないと感じましたが、こちらの日本語や片言英語を理解しようとする気持ちが感じられ不便さはありませんでした。朝食は日本人好みのものが多数ありとても満足です。ショッピングモールや日本式居酒屋など多数が近くにあり便利です。

I like the location as it's close to transportation services and entertainment areas. Shopping is also very convenient. The property is well maintained, the rooms are very clean and the housekeeping service is excellent. Also, the Kerren Hotel also has a great buffet breakfast that I really enjoy.

深いバスタブ

バスタブがあるのはもちろん日本並みに深くて肩まで漬かれます。シャワートイレがあるのもなお良し。カンウタの従業員の殆どが日本語を話せるので安心して泊まれます。

Excellent business hotel !!!!

Stayed 2 nights. Everything was great; neighborhood, lobby area, clean and large room, fluffy towels and robe, clean and new bathroom, tasty breakfast with many choices, friendly and efficient staff. Hotel is close to many modern shops and restaurants in walking distance including Walmart . It takes about 40 min. by car to and from the airport but well worth the trip. I have stayed other hotels in the same area but this one is much better hotel and will be my place to stay for the next trip.
