「Nowgere close to posted pics of the property, located in a narrow lane off the main road with construction taking place next to it, pillar on the side of the bed making it fifficult to get off. Only one complimentary water bottle per day . To top it off they lock the section of the property from outside where our rooms were, and we got delayed while trying to reach out to them while checking out early jn the morning. Clear fire hazard, u cannot lock your guests in」

「NEVER,, NEVER AGAIN!!!!
The front desk guy said we have to pay extra for kids when we already paid through Expedia,, His manager stated that Expedia policy is different from theirs and when we tried to leave they tried to BLOCK OUR DRIVER with a vehicle of their own. This place NOT a place to take family! Tv not working,, missed the NBA finals game (4). They said they will change the remote, never happened. 」
