「Cleanliness is important and we found the hotel clean. The bed was very hard and so a good night's rest wasn't as good as it could be. Being comfortable when you sleep is a key element when you pay to stay. If this was remedied, I would say 5 stars but 4 stars it is.」

「I showed up an hour after check in. Check in was a little longer than normal which was fine. When I was given my key for room 103 I opened the door to a filthy room from previous guests.
