CHECK THIS OUT...quaint and friendly

nice property, great swimming pool, great hosts Mon (moon) and Jason ...managers.. Western feel with pool table and super dig BLUE, large friendly bull dog...little disappointing was low water pressure and no electricity or air conditioning during all day brown out. Mon made excellent breakfast for us to enjoy

We were a family of 16 (adults and children) staying for 2 nights in June. We all loved it. The owner was on site and responsive to all our needs. The rooms were spotless and perfectly situated to see the pool and ocean through the large sliding glass doors. And the staff was friendly and available. Breakfast to order was delicious. I highly recommend the Beachhouse.

Dalaguete Weekend Getaway

Overall experience could have been great except that we personally don't like is that the property was beside/across or near cemetery and a funeral parlor/home. Another, the In-property parking is only good for 3 cars. The fourth car has to move in and out when the other 3 cars has/have to get out. Also, the bathroom shower needs to improve its water volume and pressure. We had the experience where the receptionist still collected us a cash payment even if we already fully paid the accomodation during booking. On the good side, the room was nicely designed and well cleaned and maintained, good ACU performance.

We had the most incredible 3-day stay at Tim's Beachouse Hotel property in Cebu, Philippines! The beachfront location was absolutely perfect, offering a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere with a beautiful pool to unwind in. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable – the ideal place to come back to after a day of adventures. Breakfast was available to order, and nothing beats enjoying a traditional Filipino breakfast with breathtaking beach views. It truly set the tone for each of our mornings. The small, intimate vibe of the property made us feel like we were part of the family, which made our stay even more special. We spent our days on amazing day trips to Oslob and Moalboal, went swimming with whale sharks, explored the sardine run, and even went canyoneering at the waterfalls. After such exciting days, the massages every night were a perfect way to relax and recover. We rented scooters to explore the province life, which was fantastic, and the local guides made everything even more enjoyable. While the property is close to the road and you can hear the bus passing by, the sound becomes background noise after a day full of adventure. With the right mindset, you'll have the best sleep you've ever had. Tim and Anne were such wonderful hosts, making us feel like family from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality made our stay unforgettable, and we can't wait to return. This was a truly relaxing and memorable experience, and we wish we could have stayed longer!!

Perfect stay to go to see the whale sharks

Beach House is a great place to stay. 40 minutes to whale shark. The room is very comfortable. The owner Tim helps in everything you need. Parking is available. We loved this place.

The Beachhouse is conveniently just beside the Ceres bus stop and after our journey from Cebu city, we were able to check into an oasis for three days. Tim and Ann made us very welcome to their resort with four modern, luxury rooms overlooking a swimming pool and the sea beyond. Tim arranged for habal habal drivers to take us for a day out in the hills on the back of motorbikes where we visited a fabulous waterfall where we could swim as well as Osmena Peak. Tim chatted each day about options for dinner that night and was able to come up with three deliciously different veggie options for Chris and we ate at a shared table with the other guests. It was a perfect place for some downtime during our travels and we’ll recommended.

You get a spectacular view of the ocean from your room. Check in was smooth. Rooms are updated and clean. Tim the owner was very welcoming and informative. He answered any questions we may have regarding day trips and beaches to visit. There is a complimentary water jug for all guests. The mini fridge are full of drinks from alcohol to juices. The owner Tim is quite a good cook, so he made us breakfast and supper at different occasion. You just tell him ahead of time what you wish for food. Dalaguete was a small town but only 1 hour bus ride to Oslob and 1.5 hours motorbike to Kawasan Falls. The bus stops is directly beside the resort.

Welcomed!

Tim and Anne made us feel very welcomed during the whole stay! Tim is a passionate chef who plays with the local ingredients and international tastes, so we never had dinner outside.. Also with >20 yrs experience in hospitality and in the island, you can count on them for recommendations of what to do; so whether you want to relax or have fun, they’ve covered! We are looking forward to go back!

A great stay

I had a great stay at the beachouse. The hosts were very friendly and made me feel very welcome. It’s a very clean and well maintained place, with the most comfortable room I’ve stayed in during my time in the phillipines, with a nice bed, plenty of room and a very efficient AC system. I really enjoyed the food also, it was delicious! The hosts were helpful in recommending nearby activities and advising on transport. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you both!

A Gem

Tim and his staff were amazing hosts and their little boutique hotel was clean and quiet, especially amazing since the main highway was literally on the other side of the wall. The food was excellent and the bar is very nicely done.

Incredible Stay!

From check in to checkout, the service, room and atmosphere was amazing! This was clearly our best stay during our week on Cebu Island. The ocean views are just spectacular! The rooms are very spacious and comfortable with all the bottle water you need. Please dine in as you'll be rewarded with the best meals on Cebu!! Thank you Tim and crew for their fabulous service.

Stay here!

Big rooms with comfy beds and a massive TV, we were very comfortable here. The pool is great also. The drinks at the bar were great, especially the wine. Tim is an amazing chef! We enjoyed every meal he cooked for us especially the BBQ shrimps. Tim's knowledge of Cebu is fantastic, he took time to sit with us to ensure we had all the advice we needed. Tim also rented us his van (for a very good price!) which gave us the ability to explore the island independently! Highly recommended.

Awesome place, excellent host/owners Tim & Anne. Place was very clean, room was immaculate and spacious! Breakfast served w so many choices to choose from. Hyggeligt resort i Dalaguette

Et hyggeligt lille restort, for den der gerne vil have en stille ferie. Man kan med bus nemt komme til Oslob og se hvalhajer, eller man kan tage tværs hen over øen til Kawasan Falls på motorcykel. Værtsparret er flinke og snaksagelige, og maden er simpel men god, da manden er uddannet kok.

Nice gem in developing area

We took a family trip to view the whale sharks. I wasn't able to find anything reasonable and comfortable in Oslob and decided to try the Beach House. The place is very well done. Tim and Ann are great hosts. The bed is comfortable, the rooms are very spacious and clean. We had a great time there.
