"It is a beach front property. The villa is not beachfront only the studio is. The road leading into the property is rough and not paved and was dusty, luckily we had a rental vehicle. Upon entering the villa, everything was in order except when I opened the kitchen cabinets there were cockroaches that scurried away underneath, eww! Very unsanitary. Toilet and shower very tiny you have to squeeze in - shower has only cold water and only a trickle of water and almost on top of the toilet. No soap provided and had to ask for toilet paper as there was none. A very noisy air conditioner and dogs barking outside the room. I was in a bungalow room."
