"We enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff was very nice. The pool and ping pong area looked really nice but it was rainy and we weren't able to play. They had some games in the lobby area. The room was good. Nice area, walkable to The Hall at Bourbon Brothers."

"The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The jacuzzi and pool were fantastic, and our stay in the Grand Royal Suite exceeded our expectations. One of the highlights was the hand-holding trail—it gave us a unique opportunity to connect and enjoy quality time together while sharing an activity. One thing to note is that there are no windows throughout the room, which adds to its private and secluded atmosphere. Overall, we had an amazing experience and will definitely be back!"

"The stay was wonderful, especially for the price. Well maintained breakfast bar with a waffle maker, toaster with bread and bagels, cereal, muffins, and yogurt; as well as coffee and tea. The staff was great, especially the AMAZING woman at the first desk during the weekdays! She really made the stay great with casual chatter and good recommendations of things to do in Helen and surrounding. The room itself was what you'd expect for the price point, though the AC did leak onto the floor. Relatively comfortable bed and sheets, but bring your own pillow. The parking is great, as the hotel does not allow other tourists to park in their lot, so there's no competition for spaces. They even let you park at their sister hotel on the other end of downtown Helen to make walking the city easier. Overall, I'd book this hotel again if I came back to Helen :)"
