"All of the staff greeted me with bright smiles and a warm welcome, and the front desk team was especially kind and informative, which created a great vibe from the moment I arrived. The hotel itself had a luxurious interior, was peaceful, and perfect for relaxation. I don't play Gamble but they have it and the food was absolutely delicious of the best I’ve had. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to visit again if I get the chance."

"The headboard on the bed had large, disturbing stains in the fabric. The buffet was large and had many offerings providing a variety of breakfast options. They do not provide coffee in the room, only tea. I suspect this a tacit agreement with the Starbucks Reserve in the lobby to draw in guests. Not a huge problem, unless you wake up early because Starbucks does not open until the mid-morning (traditional Korea start times)."

"Very big room. Modern interior with giant tv and a clothes dryer/rejuvination closet. Bed is memory foam. Down duvet was very comfy but warm for summer, i had to addjust the ac down to 21 while i usually prefer 24 or 27. Breakfast was ok nothing amazing. choise from korean(rice + spicy pork sauce on the first day and rice with jajamyeong sauce on 2nd day) toasted bread with butter and jam and lastly a serial"
