「Hotels.com的聯絡平台會漏訊息，有點不方便，但飯店主人回覆都很快速也仔細，讓我們提早半天check in也非常感謝！房間很舒適且跟圖片一樣 （雖然原本預訂的是4樓藍色那間，後來被改到6樓但影響不大）兩大一小住的非常舒適！而且飯店地理位置非常的好，對面就有一間開很晚的超市，地鐵一路出來都有電梯通超市和空橋，對推車非常友善！下次如果有long stay 需求還會想要繼續住這！」

「Convenient for travel. Good location with convenient store, supermarket, restaurant, and subway station. 」

「No information on how to check in. Finally has to ring the door bell for neighbourhood house to contact the house owner. As a 民宿，I am expecting I can cook myself. But I have to pay 500 yen to use the kitchen. And the kitchen is extremly small just sufficient for instant noodle only. No place for cutting, putting plate. Location is ok. Walkable distance to JR and castle.」

「Would not recommend the family with child and elderly to stay at this property. Entrance is too small for placing everyone's shoes and luggages.The stair is too narrow and seems not safe enough for elderly. It doesnt provide washing machine, wardrobe and hanger as well which is extremely inconvenient.」

「東山動物公園でスポーツの大会があり、2回目の利用です。 部屋のトイレがウォシュレットでないところと、シャワーはありますがお風呂無しなので、お風呂好きな人には近くに温泉もないので 不便かも。 10〜15分歩いたところにコンビニとコープがあります。ホテルからは少し遠いかな。 あとは特に不満なところは無く、スタッフの方も優しいし、布団もふかふかで快適でした。 また利用したいと思います。」
