「下午那位女性接待員態度非常惡劣，本來供應的飲用水沒有提供，到接待處查詢都不願意補回，後面住滿7天後可以提出清潔房間，約好時間結果沒有清潔，結果詢間更說好多理由拒絕服務，雖然最後都是清潔了，但態度差而且過程當中已經讓人感覺不快樂，絕對不會再回來了」

「Very high and beautiful building」

「A quirky and old school reminder of Budapest's past. It is right beside the national museum (which is another are of major renos, which start at 730) and near everywhere you want to be. The ceiling was 15' high with a chandelier, fridge, nice bathroom with killer water pressure for showers. Not a hotel, more like a pension and Y, lots of things are happening around you. Highly recommended. 」

「Very convenient location, walking distance to the public transportation, restaurants and bars. The room was nice, but I don’t consider the photos were fully accurate in the app! The “kitchen” is only in the public area in the premise, not in the room! I was mislead! Disregarding this, the stay was nice! 」

「Super helpful host. Very spacious and clean room. Location is superb - 2 min walk to metro / tram station. Nice stay and definitely would like to go again!」

「Great location in the heart of Budapest—just a short walk to major sights and public transport. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was helpful and check-in was easy. Only downside was that the building entrance was a bit hard to find. Overall, great value and highly recommended!」

「Está muy limpio y muy bien situado, lo único que falló fue la TV que no funcionaba, aunque esto a nosotros no nos importaba.」

「The check in was absolutely a nightmare. The company is suppose to send you an email, that does not get to your inbox (or SPAM box) apparently because a known issue to management. Then, once you get the various codes and try to decipher them, the main code to open the box with key inside does not work! I saw at least 3 other travelers (families, couples) struggling downstairs with the code/key. This experience in and of itself already makes the experience unpleasant. 」

「I loved this property. Just make sure you communicate with Venus on WhatsApp, because e-mail links don't work. They were very responsive with my concerns. I'd stay again!」
