「I reserved a smoking room online, but when I arrived, the staff told me that there are no smoking room in the whole building. I am disappoint!」

「If you're going to Dorney Park this is the perfect spot as it is directly across the street. There are a lot of food options around the area including a Bar/Restaurant inside the hotel. Also, my kids and I enjoyed the pool and it stays open till 11pm! From the big windows in the pool you can see the rollercoasters and the Ferris while lit up at night. The room was surprisingly spacious and the beds were very comfortable.」

「Our bathroom toilet was not cleaned. Has dried urine and fecal matter on it. The room is so loud we could not sleep. We were apparently under a laundry room. The windows sounded like they were open, you can hear people talking outside and road noise was very loud.」

「They had a super friendly and helpful staff. That was a very well maintained hotel. Their breakfast bar was also beyond expectations with a onetime station.」

「I had a pleasant stay at Wilbur Mansion. The staff was very welcoming, and the service was professional. The overall environment was excellent. However, there were a couple of drawbacks: the door didn’t have a locking function from the inside, and there were no disposable slippers provided. As for dinner, the taste was fairly standard, but the pork chop was exceptionally well-grilled and seared to perfection. I highly recommend giving it a try!」

「The hotel was lovely, and the rooms were comfortable. Outside the hotel, for several hours a night, cars drove by with modified mufflers, revving their engines and playing loud, reverberating music. It was so disruptive to any sense of peace and quiet, especially between the hours of 10 PM and 2 AM. Really nice place, but will not return due to the street activity and noise.」

I was so happy that our request was honored for having a room on the first floor. The room was wonderful. We brought food and were really happy with the well equipped kitchen. The sitting area was comfortable. We had trouble during our trip with very confusing TV connections. We are not very knowledgeable in regards to technology. But, the TV at this location was...
