「I reserved a smoking room online, but when I arrived, the staff told me that there are no smoking room in the whole building. I am disappoint!」

「The hotel is downtown and serviceable with a decent restaurant and Starbucks nearby. But it is loud as it is on the corner of two busy streets. We were disappointed to have no cleaning nd room service during our two night stay.」

「The room was clean and cozy. Perfect location. The Moxy also has its own bar which is very nice - also offered two free drinks (1 each). Valet parking is offered. There are other nearby parking garages , as well. Only thing that would be extra nice is a breakfast offering , but we did go to the local La Vida cafe for a superb breakfast. Will stay again as the hotel is very nicely done and good location. 」

「The room was nice, spacious but dated. The TV had some issues while using cable and I don't think they fully clean the rooms. There was clothes left from a previous guest. Besides that the breakfast was very good and the entire place was very nice to walk around. We definitely would like to come back but find a nicer room」

「Excellent hotel. Very comfortable bed with a fully equipped kitchen. A wide desk to do work on which was great for me. The couch in the room is comfortable as well. A solid delicious breakfast and it has a basketball court. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Their customer service is exceptional. Highly recommend!」

「Staff not helpful other than one gentleman at check in. Had to ask for help at Starbucks, waited and registration person saw me and never offered to help me. Frustrating. 」

「I had a pleasant stay at Wilbur Mansion. The staff was very welcoming, and the service was professional. The overall environment was excellent. However, there were a couple of drawbacks: the door didn’t have a locking function from the inside, and there were no disposable slippers provided. As for dinner, the taste was fairly standard, but the pork chop was exceptionally well-grilled and seared to perfection. I highly recommend giving it a try!」
