너무 지저분하고 곰팡이도 있고 침구에서 냄새나고 실내공기가 너무 안좋았어요. 화장실 문도 안닫히고...무슨 70년대 호텔인가? 싶고.. 얼른 나가고 싶었습니다. 밤비행기땜에 어쩔수 없었어요.

Not recommended for family

Hotel staff was friendly n location wise ok. But the hotel is quite old n they r renovating the upper floors. Was noisy early in the morning. Room was dusty but bed n bathroom was alright. Not recommended for family with kids. The condition din bother us as we left at 8am n return after 9pm. Price is cheap

Very disappointed

Room size was fantastic, the biggest hotel room i can remember. Front staff knowledge of English was terrible, breakfast was equally disappointing with very little choice. The location of the hotel was not very good, TV reception and WiFi was also poor. Cleaniness of the the room was good.

잠 못이루는거 아침 생각해서 억지로 잤어요

새벽에 도착했는데 사복 입은 남진 두분이 한분은 안보이는 프론트에서 한분은 중앙 소파에서 주무시고 계셨는데 한..열번 불러서 겨우 일어나심..죄송스럽긴 했지만 무서웠어요 영이 1도 못해서 답답해 미치는줄 체크아웃 시간물어보는데 어플켜고 난리 났었음.. 샤워하는데 물은 안빠지고 에어컨 리모컨도 잘 안되고 청소는 된건지 안된건지 아..생각만해도.. 아침엔 조식먹으로 7층가라는데 엘레베이터는 6층밖에 없어 6층에서 또 혼자 불러대다가 계단으로 위층 올라감.. 사람은 저밖에 없었고 그냥 쌀국수 먹었는데 어딜가도 먹을 수 있는 맛이었어요 결론적으론 정말 무서웠고 남자분들 갈거 아니면 비추 . 전 잠만 자고 나올 생각으로 결정했던거였습니다

짐정리하고 씻으려고 잡은 숙소입니다 원래 노보텔 스카이 바랑 가까워서 잡았구요, 걸어서 하이랜드커피 빈컴몰 가기 적당해요

잠만 자실분께 추천함

한강이랑 엄청 가깝고 마담란, 노보텔 등 즐길거리가 많이서 좋아요. 근데 미니바 안쓸꺼면 냉장고 열지마세요 ㅠㅠ 냄새가 너무 심해서 하루종일 밥먹는데 고생할정도에요 ㅠㅠ 냉장고 냄새빼곤 가격대비 엄청 좋아요 ! 정말 낡고 좀 오래된 느낌이 강한 호텔이에요 가격이 워낙 싸서 하루종일 투어하는 날에 이 숙소를 예약하시고 호텔에선 잠만 잔다면 추천해드려요 !

2度と宿泊しないホテル

・エクスペディアにはレイトチェックインOK（12時まで）となっていましたが、実際に23時半頃にホテルに到着すると、ロビーの照明は消えていて、スタッフがロビーで寝ていました。すぐに対応してくれましたが、すごく眠そうでとても申し訳ない感情になりました。 ・部屋に入ると、まず全体的にどぶ？かび？みたいな匂いに包まれていて、非常に不快でした。トイレに行こうと洗面室に言ったら、大きなゴキブリがいてその退治でてんやわんやしました。 ・また、トイレの便器の目の前にシャワーが設置してあり、何の壁も無いのでシャワーの水は全てトイレにかかる仕組みでした（エクスペディアの写真に掲載されているようにガラス等で仕切られていません。） ・部屋の掃除も行き届いておらず、至るところに汚れやゴミが落ちていました。 ・ベッドは古い？のかギシギシと音がして、布団も清潔ではなく、寝るのも嫌になる気持ちでした。 ・wifi パスワードも聞けませんでした。 上記の理由から、本当は2泊の予定でしたが、不衛生、不快過ぎて1泊のみでチェックアウトし、別のホテルに宿泊しました。 余計にお金がかかって本当に嫌な気分になりました。

일생일대의 최악호텔

마지막 출국전 잠시머물기위해 방을예약했지만 우선 곰팡이냄새가 나더군요;; 시설은 정말오래되었구요 하필 제가이용한방은 냄새최악에다가 창문은 혼자선 못여는구조에 에어콘도 고장이라 송풍 ㅡ ㅡ;;; 최악중에 최악이였습니다

00시 비행기를 탈 경우 짐을 넣어두고 시내구경하기 좋은 호텔

좋은 점 : 직원들은 엄청 친절합니다. : 다낭 시내 한강 근처라서 새벽비행기를 탈 경우 짐을 넣어두고 돌아다니다가 잠깐 쉬고 하기 좋습니다 ! 나쁜 점 단.. 시설이 아주 오래된 느낌이라는 것은 지울 수가 없네요 .

Great location, safest place in VN, & large rooms

Because of reviews, only booked 4 nights in the cheapest room for me and my 43 year old mentally challenged daughter. At check in I mentioned that I was an enlisted navy veteran who lived 2 blocks away from 67-69 and this was my first trip back. Without saying anything and at no extra charge we were up graded to the nicest available room. Our room was recently remodeled. This hotel caters mostly to Vietnamese tourists. Other than us, a retired Viet-American inventor is currently the only other US citizen. When full, the breakfast buffet is not to be missed. You may not like everything, but one should at least taste. The breakfast menu is used when tour groups aren't here. My daughter and I are working our way through the menu. Some things I like better than others. At breakfast someone always wants to try English. We have received invitations to be house guests in Hanoi and Saigon. Staff's English is better than my Vietnamese. I use mix ups as an opportunity to teach. Examples: I asked receptionist for an extension cord to plug my computer into. She said man would be up in "one hour" he was at the door in a minute. Was told $5 when she meant $ .50. Daughter wanted a fork, waiter wasn't familiar with word "fork", so we had a 2 minute English lesson. The hotel owner and the Viet-American have built a waste management plant that I toured. If it proves successful, it will change waste management world wide. We are extending our stay by 2 weeks at Song Thu Hotel.

Extremely large room, slightly older hotel

Room at Song Thu is ridiculously large. I don't think I've ever been in a room this large for its price ($20USD). There are 3 large windows, floor to ceiling, facing three sides. Staff doesn't speak English, but quite efficient. The building is a little old, but acceptable. It's on a quiet street, stuck behind an old office building that blocked the view of the Han river, but is walkable to near by restaurants. Rooms are relatively clean.

This hotel was fine for the price.....a very basic gym next door for fifty cents a day was convenient. The room was large. The bathroom was OK. The hotel rented me a motor scooter for nine bucks a day and with that you can hit all the beaches and neighboring villages in a good day. Hoi an( I am sure I spelled that wrong) is 20 to 30 minutes on the scooter and a fun and scenic ride.

big room and near the river side.

when i had into the room and saw the bathroom, i very like the room. But something made me unhappy because someone had my room card and want to in my room. i very angry at the time and call the reception ask them, but they give me the answer is unreasonable. they said forgot put something in my room. i hope they will knock the door first then open.

室内はそこそこ奇麗だが、古さはある

最初に通された部屋のエアコンが効かなかった為、部屋を変えてもらいました。 無料の水が置かれておらず、頼んでもらいました。 部屋を変わった為か翌日のハウスキーピング、無料の水がありませんでした。 その後ハウスキーピングは行われるものの、水が置いてない場合もあり何回かもらいました。 部屋にセキュリティーボックスはありません。 室内は清掃され、きれいな状態ですが、設備の古さは多少出ています。 ドアはオートロックですが、しっかり締めないと鍵が掛りません。 スタッフは皆親切で私のたどたどしい英語を理解しようと努めてくれ、ツアー申し込みや近隣の店の場所を親切に教えてもらいました。 移動の際にもタクシーに行き先を告げてくれるなど、気配りをしてもらいました。 ただコンビニは近隣に無いのか、伝わりませんでした。 朝食はビュッフェスタイルですが品数が少なく、肉類がほとんどありませんでした。 ここの方は朝が早い為か、早くいかないと無くなるのかもしれません。 日曜日はビュッフェは無く、ヌードルかパンどちらか選択と言われましたが、量が少なかった為、両方頼んでしまいました。 近くに店はほとんど無く、すぐ脇の道を折れた所に大学の門がありローカルな食堂が数件あります。 大学生などがそこで食事をとっているようです。 橋の方の道へ出れば店などはありますが、数百メートルほど歩く必要があります。 ハン市場には歩いて10分ほどで行けると思います(暑さを我慢し、道路の渡り方をマスターすれば)。 夜間もフロントに人がおり、安心でき、コストパフォーマンスは良いと思います。

Good value for the money.

This hotel is a good value for the money. They have comfortable beds, hot showers and a pretty good VN breakfast. The staff is super friendly. Its not fancy but it is very comfortable and very clean. I often stay here when in DaNang.

The perfect location to celebrate New Year

Despite requiring a bit of a walk to the city centre, the hotel is in a pretty good location. It's sky bar (a bit gloomy) also turns out to be THE place to be to watch the New Year fireworks. We were glad to be spending our last night in the hotel. Apart from that, our receptionist (pronounced 'Nya', apologies if we're wrong) was the sweetest girl. She made sure our stay was comfortable. And oh, please do go for the family suite. It's lovely.
