Nice environment with well managed facilities.
Unpleasant experience at check-in counter.
I had booked 2 nights at Novotel Da Nang. Due to flight delay, I was arriving the hotel on the second day noon. It was quite disappointing that I was blamed for “no-show” and the room I booked and fully paid was released. I was told my room was sold when I arrive.
I’m not familiar with the “no-show” policy that mentioned by the front desk staff, but it is definitely not a pleasant experience after flight delay.
Nice location. You can see the Han River from the balcony. The night view is wonderful.

In overall it’s really nice to stay in this hotel. Nice view.. early checked in, friendly staff, but there is a bar on the 36th floor pretty noisy soemetime
The administrative centre is just next door to the hotel which is a great location for meeting there
Clean and friendly staff
However the access to the room is a bit inconvenient as it is separated from those at higher floor and other facilities such that I had to go down to lobby and take another lift to the facilities including restaurants.
Perfect and like the sky bar very much for night view . Staff are nice and worth staying more days for vacation.
gym room & swimming pool are very nice and leave us much enjoyment !
