Extremely nice staff
Every staffs were wearing smiling faces all the time. It was so touched to receive a handwritten Xmas card and chocolates from your staff. They also provided a complimentary Xmas buffet dinner to all room guests on the Xmas eve. Most surprising me was the cleaner not only came to make up the room once per day ,but everytime when We went out .They came up to change the towels , clean the garbage and decorate the room for us for a few times in a day. Their housekeeping service was excellent! Their services were straight from heart and definitely the best I have ever experienced . The only thing I found unsatisfactory was just the hot water supply is unstable in the bath tub. To all Hoi An Chic Hotel staffs , we wish you all the best and thank you for your hospitality.

This is beautiful place surrounded by peaceful green paddy fields. There are local bars and restaurants and a regular shuttle bus to take you into Hoi An. All the staff were wonderful. We stayed 5 nights and loved it

Gia đình mình đi với con nhỏ và đã có chuyến nghỉ dưỡng tuyệt vời tại đây. Các anh chị nhân viên rất nhiệt tình, thân thiết và luôn giúp bế bé cho mình ăn hay chơi với bé. 2vc rất cám ơn chị Hạnh, chị Hồng, em Nga, anh Chính đã giúp set up tiệc sinh nhật cho bé Ý. Khung cảnh đồng lúa êm đềm, thoáng đãng và chỉ mười phút bắt xe là ra tới phố cổ Hội An. Lần sau quay lại nhất định phải ở lâu hơn 1 tuần nơi này.

The hotel is surrounded by rice paddies, which are peaceful and beautiful to look at over breakfast. The rooms and garden are lovely. The breakfast has a variety of delicious options. The location is a bit out of Hoi An, but the hotel has a free shuttle to and from the old town.

Just amazing.
We stayed here for 5 nights and we loved EVERY minute of it. The staff were the clear highlights of our stay. Every single one of them were so kind and just so helpful. We really got to know them after our 5 days and we were sad to leave. The breakfast was great as well. Being outside of the old town and within all the rice fields was just so nice. I can't wait to go back.

Lovely and comforable place
The hotel was absolutely amazing. We enjoyed staying on the outskirts of busy Hoi An with a view of paddy fields and nature. The rooms are beautiful designed, clean and very comfortable. The staff is nice and helpful. Couldnt recommended it more

Our favorite hotel in Hoi An
We enjoyed our stay so much that we stayed an extra night. Our family included older family members, young adults, and a toddler. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and free bicycles. Right outside the hotel's doorsteps are so many different bicycle friendly paths that lead to picturesque rice fields and pleasant communes. It is easy to get to and from the beach and old town. We weren't in a hurry to take day trips, since we enjoyed the hotel's grounds. Our family took liking to their menu and food quality as well. They use local, fresh ingredients. As for the rooms, they have unique designs and decorations with nice views. The hotel focuses on being clean and keeping it looking new. The staff quickly tended to us when needed and also gave us good company. Pretty sure we will be returning very soon. This hotel is worth the price.

ホテルには深夜着きましたが、笑顔でタクシーの近くまで迎えてくださり、疲れてるでしょうと、すぐに部屋で寝れるよう気遣って頂きました。滞在中、スタッフ皆さん、フレンドリーで名前を覚えててくださったり、ホテルでこのような接客は日本でも、私は経験がありません。 また、街中はうるさいので、静かに過ごせて良かったです。 手配してくださった、タクシーの運転手さん、日本語ガイドさんもほんと良い方でガイドさんは、夜12時近くまでチェックインに付き合ってくださいました。

Die Anlage liegt etwas außerhalb, was allerdings kein Nachteil ist. Der Shuttlebus fährt einen regelmäßig zum Strand oder in die Altstadt. Ein hervorragendes Hotel wenn man die Ruhe sucht inmitten der Reisfelder!

Só não foi 10, porque me cobraram caro por um taxi ao aeroporto e ainda por cima tive que dar carona para um funcionário do hotel até a cidade 9 (o que desviou um pouco o caminho) De resto o hotel é perfeito: atendimento, localização, café da manhã e principalmente o quarto/banheiro. Amplo, charmoso e confortavel!

Fantastisk mindre hotel med intim stemning på grund af størrelsen. God morgenmad med lækre smoothies. Serviceminded personale som gør alt for at du får en fantastisk ferie. Dejlige store værelser og lækre badeværelser med mulighed for udendørs brus/badekar. Gratis udlån af cykler og kørsel ind til byen er også et plus.

AMAZING!!!
We stayed here for 6 nights and loved everything about this small hotel. We didn’t want to leave. It’s located amongst the paddy fields so it’s quiet and peaceful. We used the free bikes to get to the beach it’s so easy less than 10 mins. Parked up at Hidden beach for the free loungers and umbrellas in exchange for buying their great food. Chiic has lovely gardens and the restaurant delivers great food and drinks. The breaky was delicious and they have a huge selection of freshly squeezed juices each day. The rooms are huge and the bathrooms are cool with an outdoor bath and shower. The only negative we could find in this place was the pillows weren’t comfy but that was the only negative. The staff here AMAZING!! So so friendly they bent over backwards to help us. They all smiled and said hello even the gardeners. It made this place even more special. We will definitely come back here if we return.

유명해질까봐 걱정되는 숙소
올드타운에서 멀다고 해서 걱정했지만 필요한시간에 있는 셔틀을 이용하니 전혀불편함이 없었습니다. 숙소에서 에어컨문제로 건의드렸더니 바로방을 바꿔주셔서 시원하게 잘수 있었습니다. 아침조식이 엄청맛있진 않았지만 소소히 아침을 즐길수 있는 메뉴였고 또 식사장소가 너무좋았습니다. 직원들도 매우 친절했고 수영장이 있어서 너무좋았습니다. 다만 바뀐방의 욕조수챗구멍에 나무와 찌꺼기등등이 제거되지않아 멋진 욕조를 사용하지못했습니다. 이 부분을 제외하면 방은 정말 베트남의 분위기를 충분히 느낄수 있는곳이었습니다. 남편역시 다음에 호이안에 가면 또 이숙소에 묵고싶다할만큼 저희가족에게 참좋은 추억을 만들어주었습니다. 베이비 시트가 달려있는 자전거를 빌려주신덕에 아이가 힘들어하지않아 좀더 많이,느리지만 자세하게 호이안의 모습을 볼수 있어서 좋았습니다. 너무너무 좋았습니다.

Highly recommend!
Fantastic! Quiet, tranquil surroundings, away from the chaos of the town and yet only 10 minute cycle ride into town. Really lovely staff who couldn’t do enough for us 😊. Every room has a private outdoor seating area on shade (most welcome) for reading or enjoying a cocktail from the bar, lovely.

2泊しました。とても静かな時間が流れています。居心地の良く、涼しい風がとても気持ちいいです。旧市街の観光で疲れても、リラックス、リフレッシュ出来ました。スタッフも親切で、フレンドリーです。ただ、食事はイマイチです。昼食、夕食は、旧市街の食堂が美味しいです。

Amazing place
We stayed at the Hoi An Chic Hotel while visiting Hoi An and the surrounding area shortly before Tet in February. The hotel is nicely located, the rooms are great and they offer free shuttle to the old town and the beach. The staff was extremely nice. They took the time to show our 8 y/o daughter how to build a kite and they gave us plenty of useful information. They organized the taxi to Hue for us. Unfortunately, our daughter forgot the traditional lantern she had made in the taxi. The next day, they asked one of their driver to stop at our hotel in Hue to deliver the lantern, which was really amazing and much appreciated.

일단 이후기를 쓰는게 조금 두렵습니다.
이 조용하고 아름다운 호텔이 여러관광객들이 들락 거리는 복잡하고 예약이 어려운 호텔로 바귈까봐 혼자만 알고 싶은 욕심이 생길정도 였어요. 직원들은 친절하고, 영어로 의사소통이 가능하며, 무료 셔틀버스 운행, 적당한 조식과 다채로운 체험 이벤트를 진행하고 있었습니다. 정말 한 15일쯤 넋놓고 푹쉬고 오고싶다는 생각이 들었어요~

Absolutely wonderful, amazing , small very helpful staff the grounds are lush and green kept by the Gardener.. The room was excellent. The morning buffet fantastic. Could go on and on it was a great stay.

Lovely tranquil hotel in rural location
Fabulous stay at the Hoi An Chic hotel. Made to feel very welcome by caring staff. Hired bikes to view the lovely countryside and the food was amazing. Would highly recommend.

Don’t hesitate to book , fabulous find
Fantastic , what a jewel of a hotel , set in the lush verdant paddi fields , it was so relaxing . The staff amazing , so helpful . Really enjoyed our time there , our only wish was that it could have been longer ........ free bikes and lifts into town , everything you could need .

５泊しました。スタッフがフレンドリーで居心地はよかったです。料理もおいしく満足できました。 ただ、ホテルのせいではないのですが、滞在中ずっと雨。遺跡や五行山は滑って危なそうだし、ホイアンは小さな町で観光に何日もかからないし・・・ もう少し天気のいい季節に行きたかったのが残念でした。

Quaint little cozy hotel
A really nice and quaint hotel 5mins drive away from the bustling streets. The view out from the balcony was superb with sound of the nature. Despite the small hotel, they managed to have a nice little pool to cool yourself down in the hot weather. Everything about the room was perfect. Staffs were friendly and smiley. However, my door wasn't locked twice when i returned as the housekeeper probably forgot. Nothing was lost though. Perhaps something to take note is that a cemetry was opposite the hotel and chanting/sound can be heard in the early morning. Not recommended if you're a really light sleeper. Also, i think the buffet variety could be more. Love the selection of fresh food juices though! As much as my review above, I would come back for another stay in the future.

2歳になる子供の誕生日旅行として家族3人で利用しました。 総じての評価でいくと、スタッフの方が非常にフレンドリーで、子供に対しとても親切にしてくださり、家族3人で楽しく過ごせました。 子供の誕生日祝いのケーキを用意いただいたのですが、これも想像以上の豪華なケーキを用意してくださり、盛り上がる演出もしてもらいました。 お部屋は写真通りのおしゃれなお部屋です。 他の部屋や外の騒音などもなく、静かに過ごすことができました。 一つ難点をいうと、お風呂のお湯が貯まりきるまえにぬるくなってしまい、湯船を貯めれず入れなかったのは残念でした。 それ以外は値段以上の満足度を感じれたので、 またホイアンに来たら、ぜひ泊まりたいです。 ありがとうございました。

Lovely little Hotel
We loved this little hotel . Excellent value, fantastic staff and quiet rooms despite being in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Loved everything about this place . Highly recommend. Great breakfast- made to order.

ホイヤンに4泊して最終日の1泊のみの利用でした。スタッフはみなさんフレンドリーで目が合えば笑顔です。 今回１人旅でしたのでホッとしました。 お湯もたっぷり出ます。エアコンも寒いくらいでした。朝食も何を食べても美味しかったです。プリンおすすめです！甘くなく何個でも食べれちゃいます。 マイナス点は、ホテル紹介写真の様に田んぼの真ん中ではありませんでした。 周辺には廃墟の様な建物が沢山あります。 それとハエがすごいです。ドアを少しの開けているだけで3,4匹入って来ました(^-^; それでもトータル的にかなりリラックス出来るホテルだと思います。 ただホテルの専属のシャトルバスのドライバーの運転は恐怖です。 ベトナムの中でも荒い方で緊張しながら乗っていました(+_+)
