「The stay was good. Rooms are clean. Room service was excellent even though order took more time to reach. Staff are super friendly. Only suggestion that breakfast should be served as early as 6.30am. 」

「Ce n'est peut-être pas le TAJ auquel on s'attendait mais c'est le plus bel hôtel de Kovalam. La situation est exceptionnelle, le cadre est magnifique. Des chambres cosy dans un jardin luxuriant. Un repas dans le restaurant qui borde la mer d'Arabie, un moment inoubliable. A ne pas rater.」

「Excellent. Great location, not too far from the airport and very close to bus station and railway station. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Dinning ,great menu. Hotel has its own cars for sight seeing. Very secure. Shiv Kumar was extremsly helpful in planning sight seeing itinerary. Abhinesh, driver was great and service provided was sbove and beyond. Very pleasant reception desk and great house keeping. 」

「櫃台經理的態度非常惡劣，如果你不讓他敲你一筆的話，請他們幫忙叫local taxi到機場都不肯。早餐餐廳也非常陰暗，食物內容貧乏單調，亦無蔬菜可吃。飯店本身極小，附近環境也很差，與飯店所要求的價格完全不符。整體來說只能說是三星的旅館。」

「Two night stay plus side was a pool expensive for what it is moved on to other accommodation near by for less than half the price admittedly with no pool but can hire a sun lounger on the beach for £1 per day 」

「Pool needs to be really improved, a lot of updates can be done, for example bath tub had scratches/peeling paint on them. Access to beach from hotel would be a plus.」

「All good except for the restroom which had "half" shower curtain and water kept flowing out making the floor wet. 」
