「Lobby and amenities were excellent.」

「We have come here twice now while in town for the weekend. The staff is always welcoming and kind. The hotel is very clean and has a fresh scent…it doesn’t have a humid and musty feel the way other hotels tend to have. The breakfast offered was very good and kept well stocked. We will be here often during our travels to this town. Thank you for providing an excellent stay while we are exhausted from our travels.」

「We liked the location with easy access to the beach which we visited both Saturday and Sunday. We enjoyed our walks along the beach. The beach got a little too crowded Sunday afternoon. The ocean water was cool and refreshing, not cold. But it's mid-June. The room was superb, clean comfortable and well furnished - nice colors. Bathroom was clean and attractive. We're not folks that use bars so we have no comment here. It very much reminded us a Bed & Breakfast we frequently used when visiting...

「It was a great experience. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk to the beach, a wonderful location to see the sunrise. The room was clean and equipped with everything needed. The front desk, Jennifer as I remember, was very helpful. She waited for our late check-in and got everything ready. When we needed a kettle, she didn’t bother to find one for us even though it was time to go home. We feel so sorry that we forgot to leave tips before we checked out. 「We have traveled until about midnight to get to our hotel only to find out they had overbooked and there was no room for us. It was beyond stressful looking for a vacant room in the middle of the night.」

「I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. If I could not give at least one star, I would definitely give it a zero. The floor is old, the sheets and pillows are stained, the wash basin and shower room are visibly yellowed, the paint is falling off, the small refrigerator and microwave buttons are not working, it is simply a large disaster scene. 「Our stay was disappointing overall. Our first room was 83°F, and after an hour it had only cooled to 78°F. We were moved to another room, but had to pack everything up and bring it to the front desk, only to find the new room was just three doors down. It would have been much easier if we had simply been given the new room number.
