A really good hotel in a great location - right next to the main street with restaurants and shops and across the road from the monastery. Rooms were large and comfortable, very clean. Breakfast buffet was excellent - super fresh with lots of choice, warm waffles made on request were excellent. Highly recommended.

This hotel is THE BEST place to stay in Częstochowa. It's clean, the staff are friendly, it's PERFECTLY centrally located to the best restaurants, yet it's across the street from Jasna Gora which makes it quiet too. But wait, the restaurant at the Hotel Mercure is better than those other restaurants on Aleja Najświętszej Maryi Panny. STAY Here!!!

Perfect location ! Just a few mins walk to Jasna Gora Monastery. Our room is very clean and tidy. With water dispenser outside the lobby . Very convenient . And the staff are very accommodating and courteous. We request to have 2 rooms to be on the same floor and a view of the Monastery . Restaurants and a convenient store is right around the corner . Just 5 mins walk . Very safe at night and early in the morning to walk to the Monastery to view the unveiling of Our Lady of Czestochowa.

Clean spacious room with comfortable bed. Good fast WiFi and helpful staff. A good restaurant with great food both evening menu and breakfast too. Only criticism is that the gym needs to have the bench and weightlifting machine replaced.
