「The property is lovely. Signage to the guest rooms on the first floor is greatly lacking and confusing. My room definitely needed a deep clean. Lots of dust on lamps, pictures, etc. The safe didn’t work. All relatively minor, but for the cost of the stay, it really should be pristine. Room service brought me fruit that was past its prime and even had mold on one of the strawberries. 」

「Hotel was very clean and tidy. Crystal/Krystal at the front reception was very pleasant and nice. She was able to share recommendations for the Austin area that were very good. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. My only criticism is I wish the gym had more dumbbells/weights. Also, during my trip (May) I wish the pool had a temperature setting as water was cold. Never the less, these were small issues. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone that visits Austin that...

「This is an older hotel, but kept up pretty good. There is an excellent view of the Austin hills. If you’re looking for the Hilton Experience, this is not for you, it’s a pretty-good hotel I’ll definitely stay at again. The breakfast had a waffle maker, Ned I say more. 」

「Not the hotel's fault, but the road construction around it has changed access to driveway resulting in a 1.5 mile detour around a turn that's 400 feet away from the entrance. 」
