齊因祖齊出租度假屋

「Overall poor experience. Not cleanly. Inaccurate listing, particularly as it relates to the airport shuttle. Lights went out often. Walls and windows are super thin. No rest - could hear everything. Poor outdoor lighting. 」

「not good , not recommend.」

「 My stay here exceeded very expection from moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt peaceful, secure, and professionally managed. The room was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and designed for true comfort. I slept perfectly and woke up refreshed. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and the welcoming environment. This is not just a place to stay, it’s a place to experience comfort and peace. I will absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality and...

「This was a fantastic place to stay the staff was great very attentive. The location was great close to amenities and quiet. The one complaint I would have is the breakfast was okay and the menu very limited, but overall I will be staying many more times.」

「A very nice place to stay, right in the heart of Kigali’s Business Center. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Thanks to Delphine, Rose and all other staff member for making my stay so amazing. I recommend this place and will not hesitate to stay at Tropical Plaza Apartment once in Kigali.」

「Clean room. Easy access to city center.」

「Thank you」

「clean and central」

「The receptionist and cleaning staff were very good and helpful. I will definitely stay there again」

「Received one actual key and room furniture were old but room was clean. After figuring out the water heater, shower was ok but door missing so water went everywhere in the bathroom. Toiletries were available. No AC so they brought a fan.」

「The place is very clean, and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. There is only one air conditioner in the main bedroom, and there isn't one in the living room. However, there is a portable fan, so it never felt too hot. The staff are a bit unfriendly, but that's something I could overlook. The biggest downside is the Wi-Fi. It disconnects so frequently that it's almost unusable. This is definitely something that needs to be improved.」

「The bed was comfortable. Linens clean. Bigger than expected for 4 adults. Very limited silverware and dishes. Tiki resturant was good. We didn't try the Asian resturant. There was an Asian market, but very small and only accepted cash. Excellent airport transfer. 」
