「Spotless room with fabulous heating- temperature outside was -1* overnight, our room was toasty! View was gorgeous as were the bed, shower and all other facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful, food was good. Would definitely recommend and stay again. 」

「Stayed here for 3 nights on this trip. A very comfortable stay with exceptional service. The air conditioner in the room stopped functioning, but the staff quickly took care of the matter as soon as we reported it and compensated us with many free drink vouchers; the manager got soaked in the process of fixing the air conditioning but continued to apologise to us for the inconvenience. The staff are very welcoming, and the environment is very relaxing. Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone...
