「Our stay was a delight from start to finish. We had planned to drop our case and head off to Cardiff before check-in but the room was ready 2 hours early so we were able to check in then! The room was gorgeous. Beautifully decorated and clean and spacious. The shower was lovely once we got to grips with the temperature control. The kitchenette was well-equipped and a lovely touch. The hot tub was fantastic with clear instructions. We were even able to use it in the rain due to the little roof...

「High quality stay, food was good, service was excellent, staff were fantastic we had an issue with the electrics going off but that was resolved in 5 minutes no problem, room was brilliant the only thing missing in the room I would say was a mini fridge for personal use would be good but everything else was perfect. 」

「The hostess could not be more friendly and catered well for my gluten free needs. The location in Black Mountains is gorgeous but this results in no phone signal. We had the attic room which had low ceilings so will choose a different room next time.」
