La chambre est conforme à la description et la salle de bain mieux que sur les photos que j'avais vu. La chambre est propre et le lit très confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est composé de produits fait maison. La pâte à tartiner chocolat noisettes et délicieuse. Il manque peut-être un coup de peinture pour remettre un coup de frais mais sinon rien à redire」

「We had a great stay here for our trip to Geneva. It is right next to the bus line, which we used to get around in Geneva rather than our car. (We were later driving to Lauterbrunnen). At first when we arrived, we were a little unsure where we could park. The parking is below the building and was dark until we started driving… then the motion sensing lights came on. The room was very nice, although it remained quite warm in our particular room throughout our 3-night stay. Our daughter’s room...

The restaurant packed us some snacks for our early morning departure. And when my husband left his cell phone on the bed, the front desk arranged to have it delivered by taxi to the airport. We are so thankful for everyone working at the hotel.」

「Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean although bit small by usa standards. No room safe, and bathroom lacked shelf space and clothes/towel hooks-but not deal breaker. Area is nice and convenient to tram, which hotel provided free electronic passes for, which then let us have easy access to shopping, dining, and the train station. 」
