"Stayed one night, travelling through. Arrived later in the evening. Gentleman at the desk was courteous, but didn’t talk much. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Lobby was clean, but the hallways and doors to the rooms could use some maintenance/paint. Carpets in hallways are worn. Couldn’t get more than 4 channels on the TV that would come in. Big ice machine wasn’t working. They had a small table top ice maker on the lobby, but it had no ice made. Unit was plugged in, but staff didn’t fill it with water to make ice. Had to go to the gas station to buy a glass of ice. No coffee pots in the rooms; instead a larger commercial pot in the lobby. That ok, but there was no fresh coffee at 7 am the next morning. Only got 1/4 cup of left over, over cooked coffee stewing at the bottom of the reservoir, probably made days before. No one at the front desk area when we left at 7:30 am. Travel through the town yearly; probably won’t stop here again. Did have a good sleep, but the overall vibe and amenities are just not there. "
Comfort Inn & Suites Gateway to Glacier National Park
10/10 Excellent
"We stayed during a very busy weekend Friday through Sunday. The event in town paired with bad weather had this place sold out Friday night. The pool and hot tub were small, and very busy as to be expected at a sold-out property! The staff put out a basket of fresh towels, and within minutes the clean towels were gone, they truly worked their butts off that night trying to keep up and deserve a raise after this weekend. Our room was clean, beds were cozy, heat and a/c worked as it should. 10 out of 10 will stay here again"
"Parking lot full of weeds. Pillows were very small, had to ask for two more, which staff had to get from another room. Photo on website showed facility across the street. New staff member seemed woefully inadequate. Little things like knob on endtable came off in my hand when I tried to open the drawer."
