This is a great place to stay right in the middle of the city. We were able to walk to the plaza, local shopping, and museums. Plenty of access to everything. Staff was great. Breakfast was wonderful and you can’t beat the price.

Esta a 8 minutos caminanado de la plaza de armas, igual al mercado de San Pedro, al lado del Koricancha, fueron muy diligetes en conseguirnos transporte y un servicio de transporte para ir a un tour. Siempre hubo agua caliente, y a pesar que estaban llenos el ambinete siempre fue muy tranquilo. Por otro lado, su wifi fue muy malo, sus muebles a pesar que son hermosos (tallados de madera-unicos) no son muy funcionales, debieron conseguir una arquitecto que les ayude en el tema de distribucion, los dos cuartos que utilizamos no tenian ventilacion en el bano. no habia un lugar donde poder poner las maletas, o un escritorio. el desayuno a pesar que era lo suficientemente variado, y el personal se esforzaba por complacer a los huespedes, era en un ambiente muy frio, y eso le bajaba la calidad muy rapidamente a los productos. Necesita aun muchos accesorios para utilizar en el bano. Su relacion precio-calidad esta casi justa.

The location of the hotel is very good, near onde of the most important attraction of the city. But, it’s a little bit hard to find but there is not a lot of problem because the taxi drivers and the drivers of the tourist vans know it. The crew is a little bit unprepared but they are very kind. They do not offer help with touristic attractions or restaurants. Our room was big but did not have places to storage our luggage or closets. The bathroom was very good and the shower was fantastic, for us was the best part. The bed and

Place is 3 blocks from main plaza, 2 blocks to stores, banks, 4 blocks to laundry facilities, is on an alley so no access by car, short walk to main door. Rustic hotel, quiet from traffic noise but thin walls you can hear neighbors, building with many steps. Shower and bathroom floor if wet is a hazard, one heater for all 3 levels, no door handle on shower doors, no light switch to steps going down to bathroom, no operating restaurant as showed on website, closed for many months, no food warmers for breakfast food in basement breakfast room, a bot dark, but food quality is good, a bit understaffed. Nice place for one night and move on.

Pros: - Friendly staff. Always answered our questions and kept our luggage in storage when we needed. - Clean bedrooms. - Big rooms Cons: - The room”s door has a top glass that allows the light directly on our faces at sleep time. - the bedroom will highly benefit of a portable heater. Even for an additional price as the room is too cold.

Wonderful accommodations, perfect for our family of four and the staff was friendly and helpful in every way. You’re close to several big plazas but not right in them which we preferred. Would recommend.

Agradable, puede mejorar

El hotel limpio, bien ubicado. Ambiente acogedor y amigable. Sin embargo al ser una casona no cuenta con ascensor así que no es apto para personas de movilidad reducida. Por otro lado, tuve problemas al hacer el check in ya que no me daban la habitación (suite) que había reservado alegando que era error del sistema de reserva (expedia). Al final pudo solucionarse. Recomiendo llamar directamente al hotel para confirmar la reserva de la habitación que ha elegido. El desayuno es buffet y muy variado.

We loved our king size beds, very comfortable. large rooms with nice views from the window-roof tops and church bell tower looked so nice. Bathroom was large too with shower and big bath tub. Very happy with my stay there. Staff very friendly and helpful. I would come back to this hotel anytime

It is located in an excellent place, right next to the Qorikancha temple. It is very close to Avenida El Sol which has a lot of banks and Plaza de Armas. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The downside was the Wi-Fi and TV services were not consistent. Also, the pillows were not good. They always left one towel less than what we needed (4 people).

Giant comfortable bed and view over the rooftops.

Nice room on two levels with a view over the rooftops. Two giant beds in our room and a huge tv (55 inches I think). Friendly and helpful staff.

The staff here is extremely pleasant! Equipped our room with 2 heaters because it was quite chilly in the evening. Loved that we had 3 floors for our stay. The tea with the coca leaves was easily accessible and always full. There were body towels, however no hand towels to dry hands are wash up with. Breakfast was good, servers could be a tad bit more attentive to all guests dining. Would highly recommend Waman!
