I recently had a 4-night stay at Motto by Hilton in Cusco, and my experience was a mix of positives and negatives. One of the standout features of the hotel is its prime location, which is conveniently close to numerous restaurants, shopping areas, a pharmacy (Botica), and a mini-supermarket. This made exploring the city and accessing amenities very convenient.
The check-in process at the hotel was smooth and professional, adding to the initial positive impression. The rooms, although relatively new and comfortable, still had a noticeable smell of paint, which may be a concern for some guests sensitive to strong odors.
