Nice hotel in the heart of historical Cusco

Very nice property with an excellent location in the heart of Cusco, around the corner from the Plaza d'Armas and San Blas. At times some street noise is audible, but it didn't seem to be a significant issue. Rooms are clean and Staff is nice and very helpful. Called ahead of arrival to have a taxi meet me at the airport (no problem at all). Breakfast is 12 USD per day in the hotel. Would stay in again.

Place is nice, clean, and hotel staff is great. Unfortunately, the property is surrounded by streets and at about 3 am every night there is endless honking and the room would slowly fill with exhaust. We were relocated to a room in the back of the hotel which was slightly better but you are then unable to sleep due to a slightly quieter mix of honking and shops operating/foot traffic right outside the window. We stayed 3 nights. If our trip was any longer we would have relocated.

Look the hotel is nice but whoever design needs their degree revoked. Not putting noise canceling windows made nights dreadful. Honking non stop all night had to put shirts in the cracks trying cancel some of the noise. From a boutique hotel I expect but not from a Hilton hotel. The majority of the staff is just full except David which I believe that was his name. He went above and beyond helping us with an issue with my tour to machu picchu he saved our whole trip

This made exploring the city and accessing amenities very convenient. The check-in process at the hotel was smooth and professional, adding to the initial positive impression. The rooms, although relatively new and comfortable, still had a noticeable smell of paint, which may be a concern for some guests sensitive to strong odors. One notable downside of the hotel is the lack of facilities. However, they did offer luggage storage, which was helpful for us when we did a day walk and spent a night in the mountains. My main concern about the hotel was the noise level. Despite its central location, the hotel's rooms were not soundproofed adequately. The poor quality glass windows did little to block out the noise from the surrounding streets, including car traffic and pedestrian activity. This made it challenging to get a good night's sleep, especially for light sleepers or those sensitive to noise disturbances. Overall, Motto by Hilton in Cusco is a decent choice for travelers who prioritize affordability and a central location. However, if you value quiet and uninterrupted sleep, it may be worth considering other options with better soundproofing.

I was informed after check-in that heat was available only from 8 AM to 9 PM. The rooms open to the outdoors. The desk clerks were unhelpful. The room safe was not fastened to anything. It is sandwiched by two busy streets. No food available. Coffee service was poor.

Muy bueno

Inmejorable ubicación, muy cerca a todo. Frente al Jacks Cafe y a 5 cuadras de la Plaza Mayor. El hotel está impecable, ha sido inaugurado hace un mes, por lo que, aún no cuentan con muchos servicios. Los cuartos cómodos. Personal muy atento y servicial. El único inconveniente es que las habitaciones no cuentan con ventanas herméticas, por lo tanto, el ruido de la calle resulta incómodo para poder dormir.

Super séjour dans le centre historique de Cusco

Un hôtel jeune qui souffre encore des finitions non terminées, notre fenêtre qui donne sur la rue ne fermait pas correctement laissant passer tous les bruits de la rue. Nous avons ete entendu par l'équipe et relogé dans une chambre beaucoup plus petite mais au calme. La situation de hôtel est exceptionnelle et l'équipe a l'écoute et super sympa, nous avons passé un bon séjour même si la chambre n'était pas celle prévue en terme de place. Il faut encore un petit effort pour se hisser au standing que Hilton veut prétendre .
