The gentlemen that received us was kind. My issue is the property is poorly maintained and not clean. The bed linens and cover were visibly dirty with tiny bugs crawling over them. The shower did not properly drain and filled with several inches of water. I can go on. I would never stay here again not recommend it.

Hotel agradable en Cusco

Un hotel algo lejano del centro pero a 5 minutos en taxi , transporte que es muy barato . El hotel es comodo , cumple , buena relacion costo / beneficio . Cama blanda , gran baño , buen living y baño en recepcion . Limpio. Tiene ascensor . El personal es sumamente amable y lo resuelven todo . Einer y Michael son un ejemplo como recepcionistas , serviciales y muy atentos . Lo que podria mejorar es el desayuno .
