Perfect position on the "plaza del Armas" in front of the cathedral. Close to several very good restaurants. We were a little bit worry about the noise, but rooms are on the back and it was quiet .

The hotel and our room was beautiful. We had a balcony view of the plaza and great food was close by. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Even making us a to-go breakfast for our early departure. Would highly recommend!

The location on Plaza de Armas is convienant with lots of restaurants and activities nearby but it was SO loud all night which interfered with restful sleep. Also, the bed was extremely hard. The best part of the entire stay was the delicious made to order breakfast.

The hotel is very well located but the rooms are extra small, the bathroom has been the smallest one I have ever seeing since visiting Paris some years ago. If you sit at the toilet and you lean your head a little, you will can hit the wall. I know it sounds funny but the rooms are very, extremely small. Staff was very nice but I didn’t liked the place at all. I personally preferred to pay the cancellation fee and select another hotel once I had to be back at Cusco, location is excellent.

Perfect location with gorgeous view! Book the panoramic suite- you can look right at the church from your small balcony. Although the bed was hard, it was a large and clean room. The hotel was walking distance from all main areas of Cusco since this is in the main square. Good breakfast.

The location for this property is the best, rooms are a little small but to be honest you only sleep and shower there's so much to do in Cusco! Tours will pick you up early. A lot of restaurants, bars, coffe shops, souvenir stores around and right in the main plaza. Staff was amazing. Zoila did our check in and she was very helpful. They have tea and coffee in the lobby as a courtesy abd everything you need just by asking.

The bed very comfortable. Hot water in the shower. Just in front of plaza the armas. Just a recommendation if your sleep is light use earplugs just for the front rooms. Because nightlife is wild.
