「Kamar ok, staff room ok」

「首先是環境的整潔，霉味因為海拔受影響，但是飯店的清潔做的很不好，都仍有果蠅在各個廁所飛行，真的非常不可接受。 沐浴乳也沒有檢查，居然用完了」

「A two day stay at this hotel. Hotel is located outside the center. Hotel-area is big, and it's very beautiful there. Rooms are big and holds a high standard. Pool is also very big. It is located right next to outbound activities like high ropes; a challenging activity that occupies you for a couple of hours. Had an issue with my creditcard being charged twice, but the hotel staff handled it very professionally, and it was solved by the hotel manager.」

「Overall, my stay for a business trip was decent, and being so close to Aeon Mall was a bonus. Surprisingly, there was no hair dryer in the room. You had to call the front desk to get one, and when it finally arrived, it was outdated, super slow, and way too noisy. Also, no extendable makeup mirror, which feels like a pretty standard amenity these days. Just a couple of basics that were missing, which could’ve made the stay smoother and more efficient.」

Petit problème, les autocars des clients de l'hôtel font un bruit énorme la nuit, ils démarrent leur véhicule plusieurs fois et le laissent longtemps, et le matin ils klaxonnernt beaucoup pour leurs clients mais dérangent les autres clients de l'hôtel 」

Receptionist atas nama Alya sangat perfect dan mengerti pekerjaannya dengan baik, pengetahuan mengenai brand sangat excellent, Breakfast staff Mbak Ellisah, sangat attentive dan tau dengan baik guestnya yang menginap lebih dari 1 malam. fasilitas yang sangat terjaga dengan baik dan makanan yang disajikan baik breakfast, stall tenant ataupun room service dengan rasa yang sangat baik. definitely will be back...
