「Cassondra was a great front desk staff.She was really nice and even changed my room so I could be close to other family members that were staying there. Even made coffee in the evening when I asked since the rooms do not come with microwave or coffee makers. But it does come with a refrigerator. 「Pros: The staff was fantastic and the property was clean and well maintained. There is also a small store for extras like drinks and pain meds. The hotel is also walking distance to several restaurants. Cons: Unfortunately we didn't sleep well because the beds are extremely firm. Breakfast is not included. 「When we booked this hotel they told me it was a non smoking room but when we got in it was dirty and messy and smelled like marijuana which made it hard to sleep and we were told we couldn't change rooms or get a refund. Don't go to this hotel」

「Booked for 2 nights they checked us out after 1 night. Came back later that night they had to give us different room. Wires exposed had to have desk person put outlet cover on. Hair in bed ants crawling on nightstands. Woke up with bites but couldn't find any bugs. Terrible run down place, avoid staying here」

「Property was disappointing and mot in a safe area at all. Parking lot full of trash and questionable people hanging around. Staff were polite. Room a bit smelly. Bed not comfortable for long stays.」

「This was a worst experience, first the heat in the room didn’t work. The room had a bad odor to it, then the bathroom. Don’t even get me started on that it was horrible there was even hair still in the sink. The shower was not pleasing at all you would have needed shower shoes to take a shower. After being there only an hour I ended up leaving the pictures on the internet are not the same as in person. I do not recommend this place to anyone at all. 」
