"Very clean and pleasant stay"

"Staff was very professional and accommodating. There were 13 of us traveling and some rooms had issues with the heating but they were able to resolve the issues. We were leaving before breakfast was open but they provided each of us with a few take away bags."

Easy walk to train station on flat even surface if you are rolling luggage. Stayed here twice…at the beginning of my trip to the Dolomites and again upon my return for my flight home. Easy access to and from airport using bus. Definitely would stay here again. "

"The staff were polite, courteous, and friendly. The location of the property is very convenient for the purpose of our visit, which was right next to the Basilica of St. Anthony. It was in a quiet area and easily accessible by public transit going to Venice. Another consideration was the availability of secured parking lot. The breakfast selection is excellent! Lots of variety, quick replenishment when the level was running low, and lots of room to move around despite the large number of guests. The only disappointment was the smell in the room. Initially, the room that was given to us smelled smoke and when I complained about it, we were transferred to another room which smelled urine. Didn't bother complaining again as we were already tired and late for the church."
