Good stay if you can use the stairs.

They must fix the elevator problem, staying in the 12ht floor with one slow elevator option was a nightmare =/ Good stay but the elevator problem ruin the experience

Second time I stay there and no water availible. I ask extra towels and the housekeeper was very rude to me and my family. I even think to sue the company.

Had to complain about property conditions, molded walls, broken tiles, broken toilet, cracked walls, not well maintained at all. They changed out room but still, the tv worked but the image was like the 80’s, the AC didn’t work in the room and the one on the living room smelled like sewer and froze when we put down to 20C. Only one lamp in the room making the bedroom dark. Not well maintained.

Nossa estadia foi bem tranquila como todo hotel que nos hospedamos deve ser. Um bom banho , uma boa cama, um otimo cafe da manha, bem localizado e atendentes cordias , simpaticos e profisionais .

Ótimo custo-benefício

Ótima localização bem próximo do shopping curitiba, da rua 24 horas e com todas as facilidades do Centro e do Batel. Acomodação muito confortável, com sala separada do quarto, split quente/frio e banheiro com uma ducha excelente. O café da manhã super completo, com muitas opções e variedade, fiquei 6 diárias e sempre haviam itens diferentes no café da manhã. Minha única sugestão seria ter café coado e não somente o de máquina, e ter opções de itens sem lactose além de ovos e leite.

Falta de manutenção

A manutenção é bastante deficiente. Fechadura interna do banheiro quebrada, tv de péssima qualidade (som e imagem), sofá cama com partes quebradas e afins. Coisas pontuais que, se somadas, atrapalham muito a experiência na estadia.

Hotel com ótimo custo-benefício, localização excelente, quartos grandes, muito confortáveis. Café da manhã de otima qualidade. Funcionários prestativos e simpáticos. Piscina climatizada, poderia estar um pouco mais quente, mas foi aceitável. Academia poderia ter um galão de água para o usuário. Elevadores um pouco pequenos para o porte do hotel, mas ok. Bem localizado

Hotel precisa de um upgrade na sua infraestrutura interna o mais breve possível. Cama com colcha deformado devido a ação de muito uso de tempo e ar condicionado que não gelava adequadamente. Fazendo esses ajustes entendo que se tornará uma opção de estadia muito interessante. (Minha crítica é construtiva, Ok?)

Um hotel que não comporta o número de hóspedes

O quarto era mto bom. Mas o hotel não suporta o número de hóspedes. Os elevadores são minúsculos, e por isso vc fica muito tempo esperando para subir ou descer. Cabe pouca gente e o hotel estava lotado. O café da manhã é outro problema! O lugar não comporta a quantidade de hóspedes. Lotado, vc fica em pé na porta esperando mesa. Os funcionários são grosseiros, não ajudam. Quando finalmente sentamos, tudo acabava. Fila para pegar café. Fila para pegar pão. Uma experiência péssima pelo valor que pagamos. O único ponto positivo foi o quarto.
