My favorite hotel in Curitiba

I love this hotel. From the moment you arrive, the team there is so welcoming, respectful, helpful, and truly eager to ensure you have an excellent stay. The rooms are generous and comfortable (and sound proofed!). Air conditioning splits keep the room at just the right temperature. The shower water pressure is perfect - and the bath products are really nice. The housekeeping team is excellent - with thoughtful touches and a nice turndown service. Each evening, a different little treat is placed next to your bed, along with extra waters. The breakfast is excellent. Tasty coffee (teas are also available). Plenty if different fresh fruits, cheeses, meats, and baked goods - including Brazil’s famous Pao de queijo (cheese bread). Feeling extra hungry? A generous menu is available from the kitchen at no extra cost. The vibe of the hotel is chic and beautifully decorated. The restaurant is delicious with plenty of choices, and a surprisingly nice wine list. In nice weather, there is a gorgeous terrace where you can eat or enjoy drinks. A gem of a hotel.

They are a dishonest business. My Expedia reservation showed I had included breakfast, even showing my Expedia receipt to them they said my breakfast wasn’t included and that I should contact Expedia if I thought was a problem. Very disappointing, they should honor my Expedia receipt.
