Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestativos. O quarto é bem simples. O travesseiro é horrível, a janela não tem cortina Black out, o sistema de TV é antigo, não sendo possível pausar ou voltar programas e também não tem conectividade com internet. O banheiro é antigo, a ducha não tinha muita pressão e no que fiquei a porta não fechava corretamente.

O hotel no geral atendeu, mas alguns pontos poderiam ser melhores. O chuveiro deixou a desejar, pois era difícil equilibrar a temperatura da água. O café da manhã, embora simples, poderia ter mais variedade e sabor. As toalhas já estão bem surradas e precisam de renovação, e o cobertor soltava muito pelo, deixando o quarto e as roupas com resíduos. Por outro lado, os funcionários foram sempre muito simpáticos e solícitos, o que fez diferença na estadia. Talvez pela pesquisa que fiz e pelo valor pago, esperava mais das acomodações.

Estive a trabalho e é uma boa apção de custo benefício. Boa limpeza, e café da manhã com boas opções. Só deixo como dica pedir quarto nos andares superiores, pois fiquei no primeiro andar e ouvia barulho de chuva no telhado de zinco que estava próximo.

O atendimento dos recepcionistas foi muito direto, sem muitas explicações. O colchão da cama é bem firme, ou seja, para aqueles que buscam um colchão macio, não recomendo. A internet no quarto era horrível, precisei usar minha rede móvel do celular. Não há blackout na janela, então entra bastante luminosidade a noite e de manhã. Há um leve barulho da rua que é possível ouvir do quarto. A limpeza é satisfatória, embora o hotel tenha aparência de antigo. O chuveiro tem bom fluxo de água e com água quente. O Ar condicionado funciona adequadamente. O café da manhã é satisfatório, sem grande destaque. É possível compra água na recepção, embora não tenha serviço de alimentação 24h. O frigobar no quarto gela bastante.

As camas são extremamente duras, os travesseiros finíssimos e os cobertores daqueles bem antigos… O café da manhã era bem simples, tinham frutas, pão e 2 ou 3 tipos de bolinhos secos. A localização era muito boa! Tendo em vista que precisávamos de um local para dormir, por esse valor poderíamos ter escolhido algo mais confortável.

Fiquei na suíte da cobertura, 2 horas pra encher a banheira, mais 2 horas pra esquentar a água. Você precisa entrar embaixo da banheira pra ligar. Pela manhã 35 minutos esperando o elevador, tem apenas 1, foi uma experiência terrível.

Tanto o atendimento quanto as negociações foi excelente, o que deixou a desejar e que não vi escadas para descer ou subir para os apartamentos, o café da manhã e o restaurante são excelentes já os colchões nota zero, muito ruim acabei com muitas dores no corpo por causa das camas que eram péssimas.

Pelas notas de avaliações, eu esperava que fosse melhor. Sinal de wifi nao pegava no quarto, so em uma parte. O blackout nao cobria 100% da janela e nao mantinha escuro, 5 horas da manha o quarto ja estava bem claro. Cafe da manha bom, sem muita variedade.
