I had a great stay at the Ibis Hotel in Curitiba, Paraná. The hotel’s central location in the heart of downtown is perfect for exploring the city, yet it maintains a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, which I appreciated. Safety was clearly a priority, and I felt very secure throughout my stay. Additionally, the dining options were excellent, with delicious meals that catered to various tastes. If you’re looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Curitiba, Ibis Hotel is an excellent choice!

Someone got inside my room while I was sleeping

Posted pictures greatly differ from actual rooms. But the biggest problem is that they mistakenly gave a key to my room to someone checking in. At midnight, this person open my room door while I was sleeping inside with my kids. This is really the worst thing you could have from a hotel service.

VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!

Upon checking in service was poor and disorganized. We stayed for 2 days, the air-conditioning stopped ✋️ working on the first night. We were told that the hotel was from 2003 and that is the way it is. We can't control the temperature ourselves, it depends on the outside temperature for it to function....

O café da manhã faltou Yogurte natural. Quarto limpo Ar condicionado poderia ter um controle remoto se quiser regular alguma coisa ou desligar precisa levantar. A tv poderia ser mais nova. Mesmo com canal a cabo tinha muitos chuviscos . Funcionários do check out muito simpáticos.

ótima estadia. equipe atenciosa e quarto excelente para os padrões do Íbis. Sugiro apenas rever a instalação do split no quarto 953, pois quando o quarto vizinho iniciava o banho, o split passava a fazer um barulho enorme (e nota-se o chiado causado pela água no encanamento), o que pode incomodar bastante especialmente se de madrugada

Excelente Localização

O atendimento dos funcionários e o conforto são ótimos e a localização do hotel é excelente. O único ponto negativo é a televisão, com pouco canais e imagem muito ruim.
