Giant room, pleasant staff and pretty decent breakfast. Expedia has this as a 4-star hotel but I don’t agree. Sheets and towels could be much better, as well as providing extra pillows rather than just one per bed. Bathroom had a bit of a smell but it was good as well.

When asking for more pillows we were told one pillow per person. When we mentioned that we were having guests the next day they told us we could only have guests for 30 minutes but they could use common areas in the hotel. ?????Breakfast was weak, but included in the price.

When I called them to arrange an early check-in someone picked up the phone, said sth in Portuguese and hung up on me. Then I tried to message them and the response was come here and I will be given a room if available, but nothing about charging extra. When I went there I was charged 0.5 day for getting into the room 4 hours earlier, something that doesn't cost the hotel anything. In this trip I have been to 4 different hotels and the flight hours were so that I had to check-in early in all of them and it was 9nly this hotel that tried to make money out of it without informing me earlier when I contacted them. if I knew about it, I would have canceled the booking. The common areas in the hotel are gloomy and dark. The suit itself was spacious with interesting design and furniture. The light colored sofa in the room had turned into something grayish from being dirty. The pool on the 15th floor is not a swimming pool. It is practically a large tub that you can seat in.

Qualidade do hotel dentro da média!

Hotel bem localizado, seguro, apartamento limpo, café da manhã dentro da média. Apenas o estacionamento que é ruim, primeiro que é obrigatório a entrega de chaves para manobras, se você não aceitar, é convidado a estacionar em outro local. Segundo que existem dois estacionamentos, um do hotel que fica no subsolo, e outro ao lado que é conveniado e não possui seguro para deixar o carro a noite. No nosso caso, o carro era baixo, não entrava no subsolo, esse seria o ponto negativo!

Funcionários excelentes, porém poucos na hora do check-in cheguei às 18h00 só tinha um funcionário pra atender todos os check-in foi um pouco demorado, café da manhã bom porém poderia ser melhor ter mais opções, Quarto grande excelente voltaria com certeza.. ah só pra deixar registrado a minha compra pelo hoteis.com não estava registrada no hotel precisei refazer o cadastro… mas foi fácil e não precisei repagar eles precisaram do código de pagamento do site. Eu não tinha nem minha reserva no hotel.
