「Staff in the cafeteria (-1 level) is very helpful. He helped me heat up my dinner. Since the hotel is situated remotely, I purchased two cold meals at Carrefour express before checking in. The hotel provides water machines, this is very convenient and helpful.」

The hotel has an open-air parking lot, making parking convenient, but the lobby and room facilities are outdated.」

However, water is charged in the room which is not an expected situation as the price range of this hotel is not a cheap one. 「My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night. It's a four-star hotel, about 7 kilometers from MXP airport, and the price was attractive, but there are no commercial facilities nearby. It would be inconvenient to get around without a car. The room facilities were clean and acceptable. We would like to commend the front desk staff; they were very friendly and welcoming.」
