"We had a lovely stay at Residence Sophia. We were given a lovely greeting and help with our bags. The cabin was exactly as advertised -clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The grounds were well maintained with very nice landscaping. The two swimming pools were brilliant, warm, clean and not crowded. Résidence Sophia is also in a great location for exploring the island easily via the T10. Thank you for a wonderful stay! "

"Apartment location is fantastic in the heart of Porto-Vecchio and only a short drive from some stunning beaches. Hotel swimming pool was excellent. Everthing you needed was available and worked. Apartment was cleaned every 3 days to a good standard, with towels, bedding, etc. all replaced. My only negative was the parking. "It was a beautiful property with an amazing view of the water with beach access! I loved having the restaurant and bar overlooking the water. I thought my room was going to have a water view, but it was very private. The design was modern and clean. :) Gorgeous place!! :) I also got a massage from Sylvie (Douce Heure Des Iles Massage). She came to the room and it was fabulous! Her information is in the lobby! :) "

Vardiola beach was just a short walk away - quite a charming and quiet beach and lovely to have close by. Our favourite beach was Pinarello. "This was a superb hotel as a base for our 5 night trip. Although situated just outside the main town it is excellent value for money whilst offering a high standard. The rooms are extremely spacious and the whole of the hotel is modern, airy and welcoming. The restaurant is situated on the top floor with lovely views of the mountains and the breakfast offering was plentiful and delicious. A big shout out to Fabrice, the restaurant manager, who was so very friendly and helpful in giving us tips on the local area. Dinner was also of a high standard and we enjoyed an amazing steak that was cooked to perfection and well presented. The pool ( again situated on the top floor), was a welcome addition to cool off in the hot weather we experienced during our stay. "
