「This isn't just the best hotel in or near Fortaleza, this is one the best hotels I have ever stayed at in my entire life. The staff are everywhere catering to your every need, they are always cleaning and dusting and making the place perfect. A lot of them reminded me of late 90's early 2000's Disney staff. The kind that wouldn't just kiss your butt, but they'd wipe it for you too. The grounds are immaculate, the pool refreshing, the amenities incredible. The little details are where this...

「I went on a sport trip to Windtown and had 2 nights of impossibly loud music next to me. I understand the hotel cannot control de music, but would have expected to tell me this at the time of booking. I went to relax and could not sleep until 3AM for 2 nights. When i asked the staff for alternatives, they did not provide any option. The hotel is in paradise but my experience was pretty bad due to these concerts. The hotel should be more transparent at the time of booking.」

「O local é lindo, com uma vibe de refúgio e sossego. Os bangalôs misturam o rústico com sofisticado. Além disso, tudo estava muito limpo e organizado. Os funcionários muito educados e prestativos. A piscina limpa e o café da manhã sem defeito. Durante a nossa hospedagem tb foi oferecido um pequeno café da tarde como cortesia que achamos maravilhoso, foi um café com bolinho q,ue nos fez sentir em casa. Perto do centro e da praia.」
