Ghosted
These people ghosted me. Booked 24 hours before stay. I showed up and they never answered the phone or my messages. There is no front desk or reception area. I think this place is a scam. Once the customer service agent from hotels.com managed to get them on the phone. They said they didn’t speak ...

It was terrible because they did not honor my reservation and there was no room. They did not even let me in. I had to find another place to stay. I had to pay double, and I have not received my refund yet.
