Hotel was at a good location and very accessible to Salon Luxemburg where our venue was at but room was not as expected. Had more of a motel feel than a hotel. Staff was very nice though so made the stay pleasant.

Front desk did not seem to understand English or Spanish. I handed them my driver's license and they just looked at it. Very strange. They sent us to the farthest room from anything. Of course no hot water. I ask the front desk if they could supply hot water for a shower after we ate breakfast. The answer was a shrug and a coupon for a complimentary breakfast. I would rather have a shower.

The hotel is very nice with one with nature. But the room are old and very beat up. The service was good and quick. But the rooms where out dated. The bed sheets where dirty when be got there and we let them know and they quickly change them. During the night the ac turn on by it self and would not turn off and they sent the maintenance personal quickly to fix it... We were bitten my a bug during the night felt it was bed bugs but could not find it.

This property is beautiful and in a very good location. The restaurant has very excellent food, but the service could be better. The property is old, but functional, my issue is that the towels were falling apart, closets without hangers, and dirt on the hair dryer holder. The toilet had a leak, so water was being wasted. When I pointed out that the smoke detector was missing, they said it was not a big deal and never installed one. For the price, it is a nice hotel to stay, but they can improve on the aforementioned issues.
