Very disappointing hotel. I'm sure at one time the hotel was a great property but it is now in serious need of investment attention and care. The park next to the property has been closed for the last 5 years which is not mentioned or obvious when booking. The staff are not uniformed so hard to tell who is staff and most of them are sat around doing nothing but looking at their mobiles. we waited an eternity for our meal in the restaurant and the 1st night there was a function so unable to order a meal or sit in the restaurant. The same cigarette butt remained on the floor to the entrance of the property for 3 days.

Pousada agradável e elegante

A pousada é muito bem localizada, a estrutura é maravilhosa e o atendimento é muito atencioso, mas a conservação deixa muito a desejar. Seria muito bom se os proprietários dessem uma atenção para trocar as peças danificadas pela umidade e mofo e dar um trato na pintura dos quartos. A cozinha tem um cardápio bem requintado e as preparações são dignas de restaurantes de alto padrão.

Bonito mas decadente

O quarto tinha mofo e para não notarmos é borrifado uma essência com cheiro de pinho sol limão pelas paredes do quarto (nota-se onde o líquido escorreu pelas paredes). Tentamos abrir a janela para sair um pouco o cheiro mas dava para um canteiro de obras. Os funcionários são nota mil pois ao solicitarmos a troca de quarto, rapidamente nos atenderam. Nota mil também para as moças da limpeza e cozinha, muito simpáticas. O local é lindo mas está caindo aos pedaços. Muito mofo, janela do banheiro quebrada, papel higiênico horrível, toalhas ásperas...falta manutenção! Os proprietários deveriam focar em arrumar o que já tem ao invés de construir novos quartos. Caro para o que é oferecido, não voltaria.

Pousada Excelente.

A pousada é uma graça, muito bem decorada. Equipe toda muito simpática e prestativa. O café da manhã é bem variado e de ótima qualidade. O jantar nos surpreendeu! Foi a melhor refeição da nossa estadia em Chapada. Única ressalva para o Wi-fi, que tem um sinal fraco e inconsistente.
