The best hotel in town. Period! All was great. It’s the go to luxury and comfort hotel when decending to low service Pantanal amenities in the lowland jungle. Excellent hotel in every way for Brazilian standard. Actually RIO could do well having such a great hotel.

Everything was good except my check out experience. The clerk was extremely slow and made mistakes. I was not given a full detailed invoice showing all the charges of the hotel.
