I couldn't have been more pleased!

Casa Colonial is a beautiful, restful, secure place with many charming features owing to its antiquity. The staff was friendly, professional and helpful; the room was spotless and well-appointed; the al fresco dining was delicious; the spa services were first-class; the Centro location was ideal ... and overall it was a great value. I highly recommend Casa Colonial - muchas gracias!

Beautiful Colonial style hotel in el centro

Hotel Casa Colonial was amazing! Beautiful large rooms and very nice pool area. Staff was all super friendly and helpful. We stayed in a master suite for one night and the Presidential suite for 7 nights. Both rooms were large, beautiful and clean.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and attentive. They had recommendations for dining and transportation. The breakfast was amazing every day. We couldn’t go anywhere else because the food was that good and it was a great option to start our day.

We only spent one night there but the location is great, in front of the Brady House and close to everything downtown. The breakfast that was included was great too, Chilaquiles, fruit, fruit juice and coffee! A very nice stay in Cuernavaca

Beautiful property in a historic mansion with wonderful inner courtyard and pool. Definitely worth having breakfast here. Hot water with good pressure in the shower (which has not always been the case during our Mexic trip). Very close to main attractions (cathedral & Cortes palace)

Great location easy access to the Cathedral and the market. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We didn’t spend much time at the hotel but the pool looked cleaned. The front staff were very nice and took great care of us. We would highly recommend staying here.

Everyone at Casa Colonial was exceptionally friendly. I traveled with my service animal and they were most welcoming. It was enjoyable seeing couples cooling off in the pool. I particularly want to mention Marta, the cleaning person who is the personification of Mexican friendliness. The grounds are beautifully maintained and though in the heart of downtown Cuernavaca and on both Frida and Saturday nights our room was noise-free. All in all, an excellent choice.

The breakfast service was very good. The pool and spa are very clean and well maintained. They are well designed and attractive. Staff was very professional, knowledgeable and the front desk is bilingual. The internet service is spotty and frustrating. Overall, a very good place to stay.
